How would it feel to spend all morning mindfully immersed in the restorative, healing presence of the wild sacredness of Nature?

In this illuminating half-day retreat in the Santa Catalina Mountains, you can renew body, mind, and soul with the effortless joy, beauty, and tranquility of the natural world.

Using sensory awareness practices, mindfulness-based meditations, and simple sacred ceremonies, you awaken to direct experience of the power and grace of intentional nature practice.

Sitting and walking mindfully immersed in nature’s resilient wisdom restores your connection to a grounded way of being. Exploring the interconnection between your inner and outer landscape, you nurture and cultivate a direct relational experience with the natural world.

In addition to sitting and walking, writing and/or drawing is encouraged as part of the retreat format. Bring a journal and pen. Sharing your work is optional.
