MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION LIVE ONLINE 6-WEEK COURSE
What would it be like to receive the same kindness and compassion that you give to others when you suffer, fail, or feel inadequate?
MSC combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being.
Numerous research studies show that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional well-being, coping with life challenges, lower levels of anxiety and depression, healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and more satisfying personal relationships.
Program activities include short talks, experiential exercises, meditation, group discussion, and home practices.
This 6-Week training is offered on a sliding-scale: $75-$300. You decide based on your current financial reality.
